Campaign Unavailable We're sorry, this alert is no longer available. If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit SEIU Healthcare 775NW Action Center. The short explanation of this alert was: Voting by mail: it's secure, it's efficient, and most of all, it's easy. Nearly every county in Washington State has switched to vote-by-mail for the 2008 elections, or is in the process of making the transition.
King County, however, hasn't made the switch. This coming Monday, July 16, the King County Council will consider taking action to make the transition to mail voting for the 2008 elections. If the Council does not act on Monday, King County may be the ONLY County not conducting elections by mail.
Take action today to support vote-by-mail in King County!
