Low pay leads to high turnover, which negatively affects patient care. Emanuel caregivers are asking for equal treatment for equal work to ensure the highest quality of patient care for our community. But after months of negotiations, management is refusing to budge. The Emanuel bargaining team goes back to the table tomorrow (Tuesday, September 16). Please take action NOW to urge Legacy to settle a fair contract that protects patient care.
