Don't we all deserve a chance at the American Dream?

Workers across the country deserve a fair chance to unite with their co-workers for better wages and benefits and a chance to create a better future for their children. Too often, they don't have the opportunity because the deck is stacked toward large corporations and their billionaire CEOs over workers.

Tens of thousands of workers in America are fired every year for trying to exercise their freedom to form a union. When some workers are denied a voice on the job it violates the American ideal of fairness and equality. And it prevents them from being able to share in the value they have done so much to create.

Good union jobs are key to restoring the middle class, and the Employee Free Choice Act would make it easier for workers to form a union. If a majority of workers wants a union, they should get one. It’s as simple as that.

This bill is about giving workers everywhere a stronger voice and a fair shake. It’s about restoring the American Dream and ensuring that the economy works for all of us. Congress should pass the Employee Free Choice Act immediately!
